iTunes trouble

when I clicked purchase on two songs the payment went through and it charged me but they never finish downloading. It’s been 12hrs I’ve been in really good wifi and I have no things that could be keeping them from finishing the download that I know of.

I restarted my phone 10 min before this and now the loading bars are empty unlike before where it sat at 80% for the entire day

Check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
