Obtaining the IMEI Number:

Four methods try...

A. Using the Web:

1. Go to: Sign in to appleid.apple.com
2. Select: the iPhone
3. View: the IMEI number (Bottom-Left corner)

Do you have the Boxes that the iPhone came with when you purchased it?

• Look on the side of box and there may be a serial number and an IMEI number printed on it.

Did you still remember or use the Apple ID that was used with that lost iPhone?

• Go to appleid.apple.com in a web browser.
• Sign in with the Apple ID that you use on your device. 
• Choose the Devices section. To see the serial and IMEI/MEID number, select the device.

Do you have another device, at present, that uses the same Apple ID as the device that was lost?

• On that device, go to Settings ➡️ Apple ID [Your name at Top]. Scroll down to see the lost iPhone that was signed in with your Apple ID. To view the serial and IMEI/MEID number, tap the device name.
