Missing Mail Folders

All of my folders have disappeared from Mail on iPad Pro, yet they all remain in Mail on my iPhone. I can still receive email on both, but can only manage them on iPhone. I’ve checked the settings match. However when I check the folder Edit settings on the iPad Pro, they are minimal, not even Bin is an option. I’ve deleted, rebooted and recreated the email account, but the problem remains. Updated to iOS 16.4 during the week.
