Should I always keep the pencil attach to my iPad Pro? Will the battery stop charging after it gets full charged? If I keep the pencil attached to my iPad Pro, will battery gets damage?

Yes. You may always keep the Apple Pencil attached to your iPad Pro. Your iPad will manage the charging process to the Apple Pencil and will maintain the proper charge. There will be no battery damage as a result of this. The Apple Pencil and the iPad Pro are designed to be kept in this manner.
