What is your model Apple TV?

What is its current version system software?

If there is a newer version system software available for your model Apple TV, but the update won’t complete, then:

Check your network connection. Try ethernet if you tried Wi-Fi before. Restart your router if needed. Try on a different network if you can.
If the update is in progress but doesn’t seem to advance for a long time, then contact Apple Support before you restart or unplug.
For other issues, contact Apple Support.
