I cannot remember the password to my Apple ID that was used to sign into on my Apple Watch and now it will not let me move past that or put in another Apple ID. What else can I do without buying a whole new watch?
You will have the same problem with your iPhone which has the same Apple ID and password.
If you cannot remember that then you must put in a password recovery request, or use your iPhone passcode to change your Apple ID password as below.
