If you have already "forced" reset it, and the camera is not working properly, your next step would be to contact Apple Support directly. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.

Sorry, but what is a ".5" camera? Regardless, what have you tried, so far yourself, to resolve this so that we don't try offering potential solutions that may not have already worked for you?
