Why is my name/picture grayed out on Settings menu?

This could be because of Screen Time.

Settings> Screen Time > Turn Off Screen Time

If Issue Persist,

Restart the phone.

If No Luck,

Make a Back up on Computer/mac. Update the phone to Lastest iOS.
