MacBook M1: I can´t log in into Apple Store or to add my iCloud account into my Mac
Hello there,
I recently bought a Macbook M1 and for some time, I can't sign in into the Apple Store App and some applications that need cloud sync like Office365 don't let me sign in either.
Step 1- I go to the Apple ID website and I can log in correctly. Same for the iCloud web portal.
Step 2 - I go to Mac preferences and try to sign in. It accepts my Apple ID, I enter my password and the small windows shake up (like a blip) and ask me again for my Apple ID.
Step 3 - I go to the Apple Store, and I enter the Apple ID and password, and the login windows kind of "blips/shakes" a couple of time and keeps going back to also requesting the Apple ID again.
Step 4 - I try to change my password and after security checks work, I enter a new password correctly. Then I go back to Ster 2 and 3 and I fail to sign in again with the same UI behavior. It doesn't show any error code or anything else.
NOTE: The AppStore shows it has an update, but I can't update it because I can't login into it.
NOTE 2:I also have the same issue with office apps when I try to sign in or open documents from the cloud. It fails each time to open the docs and shows the warning below (Couldnt communicate with the helper application). However, I can download the documents and open and edit them.
Any help will be appreciated it!
