Fake Apple support number on google

i googled Apple support number & an official Apple site came up with the number ***** DO NOT USE this number it a bunch of Scammers!! Has anyone had this happen to them?

That is a common scam. Search engines make money from selling highly-placed search result positions and don't do diligence. They are absolutely the enablers in this situation and should be held responsible.


You can inform Google that you find this practice abominable:

Bottom line:

  • NEVER use a search engine to find a company's support number.
  • ALWAYS start with the company's web page and find their support link there.
