Hello, I’d like to redeem my apple tv subscription
I purchased a new iPhone and on my apple store it shows I am eligible for 3 months apple tv, however I cannot redeem it

The offer is for new subscribers. Current and previous subscribers may not be eligible on that same Apple ID account. Users are supposed to redeem their offer from Apple on their new qualifying Apple device, in the TV app: Find the ‘Enjoy 3 Months Free’ redeem button there.
