I would like to set up a new Apple ID for my work Phone, and keep my old one for my personal IPAD

How can i create a new Apple ID for my new work Apple work phone, but keep my personal Apple ID for my IPAD , at the moment using the same one for both, need to sperate them , from work to personal.
