Assign a Method of Payment:

Do you have a Method of Payment assigned to your account? To download an app (free or paid), you need to have a Method of Payment assigned to your account. So, add a Method of Payment. Even free apps require a Method of Payment, because even free app have items that cane purchased form within them. Go Here: Add a Payment Method to your Apple ID - Apple Support
