A black horizontal line
A black horizontal line has fallen on the screen of my iPhone 13 Promax, and I know that I didn't hit it and didn't apply pressure to break the screen, it doesn't appear in the screenshot, please help

If it appears in all screen pages or while using all apps, it could be a screen problem, but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
