After updating iPhone 14 to iOS 16.4.1, I can no longer open email attachments, including PDF, Word and Excel. I use Outlook for emails. Previously, I was able to open these files. Any ideas how to rectify this?

Do your Part: These are user-to-user forums. Apple rarely reads these forums on their own time as it is. So, provide Apple with feedback on this. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed.
To Provide Feedback:
I can not open outlook emails after updating iOS 16.4.1 why is this ? Why don’t you verify the software before distributing? This is a really a poor service and product which I will be looking to change !

How do I remove an update? 16.4.1 really messed up my phone.
