I am unable to update my iPhone. It’s greed out with update requested how should this be sorted

Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi, have enough storage space, and are connected to power or have more than 50% battery charge.

If it still won't change, then force close the Settings App: click here ➜ Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support

Then restart the iPhone: click here ➜ Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

And try again.
