Apple Business Connect won't let me claim my business!

I can see my business on Apple Maps but when I log onto Apple Business Connect, it doesn't show up so I can't claim it. We have changed the name and want to be able to edit it!

apple business connect id? so ive looked around on google and the apple website/literature and as far as i can tell, in order to use the apple business call identification feature you are required to have an apple business account/business account id of which on my iphone seems to be the case. everything is checked and available for use under settings/phone/call blocking and identification/business call identification/BUSINESS CONNECT ID. the problem is that i dont own a business nor have i ever registered for any type of business related services from apple. is this a new ios 18.3.1 feature that is available for everyone to use regardless of registering for an apple business account? and if not, then how would i have an apple business account without ever verifying that i acually own a business or have ANY relations to any business of any kind? thanks (i have an iphone 13 for what its worth)

apple business manager is brutal and support is not helpful at all We discovered that the information displayed about our companies on apple maps was completely inaccurate. Claimed the accounts to make the necessary changes and they still haven't been reflected on the map. Back and forth with support (if you can call them that) and still not resolved. Now I can't access my business account at all. apple maps offers a subpar experience and inaccurate information and that's why they'll continue to play second fiddle to Google Maps. The premier maps app for users worldwide. It should be illegal for companies like apple and others to simply allow users to add location information and critical information like hours of operation without first verifying it with the company first. Absolutely unacceptable.

Verified business not appearing on apple maps I have businesses that are verified on business connect but they do not appear on apple maps. What is this happening and what do I do?

You’ll need to discuss that with Business Connect Support.

Select the ... button

On the dropdown option - either claim business or contact support directly via the app ?
