Why is it telling me that my account has been disabled in the App Store and in iTunes

Every time I try to download an app it tells me that my account has been disabled in the App Store and in iTunes. How do I get my account enabled so that I can once again download apps

We don’t know. Nothing you can do to clear this, either—other than contacting Apple, that is. If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
