I forgot my firmware password on my iMac 27 late 2014. I took my computer to Bestbuy in Bowling Green, Ky along with my receipt. The support guy said that Apple would't let him do what was needed to bypass the firmware password. What am I supposed to do to get my iMac unlocked?
