Tap General

Tap Software Update

If an update is available, it will appear on the screen and you can tap to install the update. Note that you need a good Wi-Fi Internet connection and the battery should be charged to at least 60%+

An iPhone 6s, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, or iPhone SE 1 isn't capable of 16 or above; they require an A11 or better CPU. To install 15.7.5, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.
