I have a partially destroyed Apple gift card. Some of the numbers/letters are unreadable. How do I redeem this card?

Please refer to If you can't redeem your Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes Gift Card, which states, "If you can't read the code on the back of your card because it's scratched or damaged, contact Apple Support."

Contact the Seller:

If Apple is of no help, take it back to the seller, requesting a new card. Due to laws, this may not be an option, however.

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance. Supply them with as much of the code as you can.
