Yesterday I used System Setting (Ventura 13.0.1) to make some modifications - unfortunately I forgot the changes I made - and now, the bar at the top where usually all Login Items show permanently appear only when I move the mouse on the top of the screen.
How to make them appear permanently as before ?
Sounds like you are in full screen mode. In top left menu bar select View and then select "exit full screen" mode.

Just to add, make sure System Settings > Desktop & Dock > Menu Bar > Automatically hide and show the menu bar isn't set to "Always".
FWIW, Ventura is now up to 13.3.1. You should update from 13.0.1.
Run this command in the Terminal. It will download Ventura 13.3 to your Applications folder. You can run it from there…
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 13.3
Did you select then copy the command, then paste it into the Terminal or type it in?
Try running this command and seeing which versions of Ventura are listed…
softwareupdate --list-full-installers
But I'm not in Full Screen mode.
I would like to upgrade to Ventura 13.3.0 not 13.3.1 (internet connection unstable) Unfortunatly I can't find a link to this OS.
I try to follow your instruction. unfortunately , when I try to download an installer version, It says "command not found" !
