If your iPhone screen is zoomed in, tap twice with 3 fingers on the screen to zoom out again.
To disable the Zoom feature completely, go to:
Settings → Accessibility → Zoom → disable Zoom
If I've misunderstood everything and you mean the Zoom app, swipe up from the bottom to the middle to get to the App Switcher - then swipe the Zoom app up and away. This will restart the app, try opening again and see if it works now.
If your screen is completely frozen, do a Forced Restart:
1. Press and quickly release Volume Up
2. Press and quickly release Volume Down
3. Press and hold the Side Button, the phone will restart. Release when you see the Apple Logo
