replacement of MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012)
hi there, looking to replace my MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012). how can I do this !!

As you now have a 15-inch Macbook Pro, going to a 13-inch may present a issue if you plan to use more than one external monitor. Can't do that with a current 13-inch model. 13-inch model are stingy with ports IMHO.
13-inch specs: MacBook Pro (13-inch, M2, 2022) - Technical Specifications
The 14- and 16-inch models support up to two external monitors, and have more ports.
