Apple ID

I have an old Apple ID that was my email in my previous job, also the phone number for recovery was my mobile with the old job. and.... I have lost my password.

I have another Apple ID now but I need to access the old one to recover some files on the ICloud and also to update some apps that are linked to the old Apple ID.

How can I transfer all the accounts/ICloud/apps to my new Apple ID while I have practically zero access to the old Apple ID?

You have a double problem but the first one is you have to regain access to the old account before it will let you transfer anything. If you find you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery ( How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support ) to regain access to your account. Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity.

I have an old Apple ID that was my email in my previous job,

If you no longer work for that company, that company has already deleted your work email address. This is done as soon as you have left the company so that you can no longer log in. You no longer have any rights there.

An deleted email address, it is no longer valid, it simply no longer exists and it no longer works.

How can I transfer all the accounts/ICloud/apps to my new Apple ID

Is not possible, that account is already deleted.

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.
