How do I send a keynote slide or photo as an attachment? My problem occurs when I attempt to send this one Keynote slide as an attachment. It fully appears in the body of the text vs as an icon that the recipient can click on and open; which is what I prefer. Same thing happens if I send a photo.
If you are running Monterey or Ventura, update to Keynote v13. That reinstates a Share tool > Send a Copy > Mail > type of export solution. This will first allow you to save an unsaved Keynote slide and then you can pick Send a Copy > Mail and the Keynote slide will be attached with or without its inherent image. You cannot however, insert an image onto a Keynote slide and then send just the image as an attached Mail object. That would have to be done by selecting the image in Photos > Share > Mail.
