We've had Apple TV for a long time. Suddenly there's a window that wants you to select new equipment?

if you select that, they want to send new equipment and we have to return our old equipment? We've never received any equipment from Apple.
The other selection is "back"... choose that and you go back to whatever you had on initially...like CNN,etc
I'll be calling Apple support in the Am.
