Family Sharing - Purchase Sharing

A few nights ago a grey text box popped up and said something regarding that purchases would no longer be shared with me by my wifes phone on our family sharing. I wish I would of screen shotted it but I didn't think much of it as it was the middle of the night. The result was that I could not see the app purchases of the other phone. Later they came back on. I did not receive a notification on that. Does anyone have a screen shot of that or a similar message/notification. One of the big conerns was that this happened from a hacker as my wife did not have her phone at the time. Any insight how this happened? Already have changed passwords and done other things to resecure phones.

Unless your wife turned off purchase sharing the only other way I can think of this happening would be a glitch in Apple's servers reporting the sharing status. Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

I'll post about things you can do if you think your Apple ID is compromised but I don't know if somebody would be able to delete your calls even if they could log into your ID. They would have to have physical access to your phone.
