Request a refund

I installed the app in January. After some time of free usage, I was billed for a year subscription 29,99$. But I didn’t have such money on my credit card, and decided to cancel subscription and deleted the app from my phone. But the purchase had status Pending. It was not paid ‘cos of money absence on my card, but I didn’t want to use it.


and now on the 29th of April this purchase was paid, it took my money from my credit card. I didn’t mean to buy it, I don’t want to use it, so why I paid for it?

and I can’t request a refund for this app. It is not in a list of app for which I can make such a request. I guess it’s because the duration of time, ‘cos the purchase had status pending from the 3rd of February.


what should I do in this case?
