My ipad pro 12.9 (2022) gets this strange pale undefined grey dot on the screen. I can get rid of it by pushing reasonably firmly on the back of the ipad where the dot is - it disappears but keeps on coming back. Is that an issue that is cover red by Warranty?

Note that is not the issue to do with accessability settings.

If the “undefined grey dot” responds to physical pressure, it has no connection at all with your iPad settings.

You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to assess your iPad and you’ll be able to explore your available options - available under your device warranty or otherwise:
