Hiya Robinirene!

There are several possible reasons why websites may not be loading fully on your iPhone even when you are using cellular service instead of a personal home network. Here are some potential solutions:

  • Check your cellular data connection: Make sure that your cellular data is turned on and that you have a strong signal. You can do this by going to Settings > Cellular and checking that Cellular Data is turned on, and that you have a good signal strength.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, stored data in your browser's cache and cookies can interfere with website loading. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if that resolves the issue. You can do this by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
  • Restart your iPhone: Sometimes a simple restart of your iPhone can fix minor software glitches that are causing website loading issues. Press and hold the power button until the "slide to power off" slider appears. Slide it to power off, wait a few seconds, and then turn your iPhone back on.
  • Disable Content Blockers: If you have any content blockers enabled on your iPhone, try disabling them temporarily to see if that helps with website loading. You can do this by going to Settings > Safari > Content Blockers.
  • Check for software updates: Make sure that your iPhone has the latest software updates installed. You can do this by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
