Backups

So I got a new phone and I have any storage in my Icloud so if I delete the old backups on my old phone , will it delete my data on my new phone

Your question is impossible to understand.

We don’t know if you already set up your new iPhone, if you used a backup to set it up, etc. And “I have any storage in my i[C]cloud” makes no sense.

Further, backups do not exist on your old phone. They may well exist, but somewhere else.

Anyway, deleting a backup does not delete any current iPhone data.
