Charged multiple times

So I ordered my items in education store by mistake and canceled them then I ordered again in normal store

which was fine

but after the order total has been charged,

apple charge me for the accessories individually AGAIN. And my bank blocked it.

After that the order page said Payment problem. At this point I tried to contact apple using their support contact number. But it hangs up on me after trying to get to the specialist 3 times.

In that period, apple charged me again for one of the item in the order that was already CHARGED by the total.

So I am out of ideas on how to contact apple. Please help.

thank you

So an update to this:

I finally was able to contact the support and here is what they say:

Apparently since apple online order will deliver separately they they will charge separately. However when the whole thing is delivered and finally billed, only the total amount will be billed.

Pretty weird that they just charge the total amount and then rapidly charge the smaller individual items huh, if they charge all items separately from the beginning then there wouldn't be any confusion.

Anyway I hope this can help other people in the future who may have the same problem as me.

I was charged for laptop and applecare. Invoice shows amount for laptop and applecare. Then, I got charged a second separate charge for applecare. I am typing this as I am talking to apple support. He is trying to convince me that this is standard apple business practice and that it is in their fine print. I asked him to send me an email explain this policy, but he said he is unable to do so. He explained that when an order contains multiple items, apple charges the items separately AND charges the full invoice amount. I asked him: so if I purchase 3 laptops, will apple charge me the full invoice amount, and then charge me separately for the 3 laptops, he said yes. I explained that when I hit the [Order] button, I am only authorizing apple for that order amount, not the extra charges, but he doesn't seem to agree with my logic. Is this even legal? Can anyone please point me to any fine print that Apple has on their website?

When it’s all said and done, you’ll end up paying the correct amount. I’m a former Apple Store Manager and have seen this multiple times. Yes, it’s confusing, but in the end what you pay will be correct.

If the charges do end up off, wait until all items have shipped and show actual charges. If the is an overcharge at that point, contact Apple Care and they’ll be able to process any refund, if necessary.
