If one of your AirPods is not working and all the sound is only coming from the other one, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check for debris: Inspect the AirPod that is not working and make sure there is no debris or dirt blocking the speaker or the charging connectors. If you see any debris, gently clean it using a soft, lint-free cloth.
  2. Reset the AirPods: Place both AirPods in their case and close the lid. Wait for about 10 seconds, then open the lid and press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until the status light on the front starts flashing amber. This will reset the AirPods and may resolve any connectivity issues.
  3. Re-pair the AirPods: On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and forget the AirPods from the list of paired devices. Then, put the AirPods back in their case, open the lid, and press and hold the setup button until the status light flashes white. Follow the on-screen instructions to re-pair the AirPods with your device.
  4. Balance audio settings: In some cases, the audio balance might be set incorrectly on your device, causing one AirPod to be quieter or not produce sound. Check your device's audio balance settings and ensure they are centered or balanced correctly.


Remember, if your AirPods are still covered by warranty, any necessary repairs or replacements should be covered.
