Ghost Alarm on my iPhone 14 pro after update

I cannot figure out where to find the ghost alarm that keeps going off. i have deleted everything that i could find about potential causes and its still happening. No alarm in focus or health or any app that i have installed. Please help

Do you have any third-party Alarm App installed which is interfering with the default Alarm app?
Do you have a BedTime alarm set?
Was there any Alarm symbol on the status bar on top (Watch the 1st GIF below)
Check your Reminders Today Notifications (Watch the 2nd GIF Below). What time is the Today Reminder Set to?

Hi,

no new app that wasnt there before the ios update and ghost alarm appearing
no bedtime or sleep/wake set - also deleted the sleep option in the focus
there is no alarm symbol at the status bar
there are no reminders set at all

My IPhone 14 has a 6:00 am ghost alarm that I cannot delete. I have kept up to date IOS software. I have no settings for alarms or notifications. I have Reset Settings in Settings.
