If you deleted them less than 30 days ago – and did not manually delete them from the Recently Deleted album – they might be in that album, and you might be able to restore them from there.
If you deleted them more than a month ago, they won't be in that album. They'll be gone.
Unless you backed-up the videos to your computer, iCloud or an external disc they were deleted completely.
