My Apple Watch is showing a red “!”

My Apple Watch is showing a red “!”. We don’t know the problem with it, but it is stuck on the apple logo screen and turning on and off on the same screen. This has happened for the past 2 years with no way of fixing it. Bellow the red “!”, it is stating to go to www.apple.com/help/watch

If you tried what was recommended in the Related Article link which brought you here, it means you'll need to do as suggested and contact Apple Support. This isn't Apple Support. It is a user to user forum.


In all likelihood, the watch will need to be either sent in to Apple or dropped off at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
