Reset Mac mini M1 and migrating info from MacBook Air M1

Hello fellow Mac users

I own a 2020 Mac mini M1 and posteriorly, a few months later bought a MacBook Air M1.

I'd like to reset my Mac mini M1 to factory defaults and migrate the info from my MacBook Air to the Mac mini. Both are updated and I use my iCloud account on both.

My questions:

1- How to reste and migrate info from one to the other?

2- Will migrating also trasferì all passwords, applications, browsing stuff etc to the Mac mini'
