Based on the tags appended to your post, you have an iPhone 11 running iOS 16. The currently available version of iOS 16 is iOS 16.4.1(a).

You can check your software version in Settings > General > About > iOS version.

You can update your software to the latest available version in Settings > General > Software Update.
