Whatsapp is freezing

My whatsapp has been freezing for the past 3 days upto now. If i go online it only moves for a second then it gets stuck i cant even open messages of text any or so anything else unless i force exit. I come back again and its the same. I have tried all the solutions provided by google including re installing the app. I even tried switching to whatsapp business but it froze whilst i was still trying to enter my details. I also tried switching networks but still none of that is working. My ios is updated and so is the whatsapp
