iPhone screen is not working correctly

Hi, my iPhone XS just dropped down ,and i have white lines on the screen and i can’t use my phone because touch doesn‘t working .Is this maybe hardver or software problem?

If you have either dropped the device accidentally or exposed it to liquid or used it beyond acceptable temperature limits then…



Take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact Apple Support:

Based on your description, it sounds like a hardware issue, most likely resulting from the drop. The white lines on your screen and the unresponsive touch screen suggest that the display may have been damaged.

Your best bet would be to get it checked out by a professional. If you're near an Apple Store, you can make an appointment at the Genius Bar. They can diagnose the issue accurately and provide you with repair options.

In the meantime, try restarting your phone just in case it's a minor software glitch - but given the physical drop, hardware seems more likely. Good luck!
