iOS 12.5.6 is as high as the iPhone 6 Plus can go. There are no more updates for the iPhone 6 Plus.

Not quite. You can go to iOS 12.5.7 if you want. Nothing higher though, for the iPhone 6 Plus.

The iPhone 6 Plus cannot run iOS 13 or iOS 14, iOS 15, etc.
