hello all
I import all my photos and videos on my MacBook Air m2. and I transfer all of them on my external hard drive. all photos are transferred but videos transferred with jpeg and png. and is not played on external hard drive while they are played on my MacBook. what shall I do to have them on hard drive. exfat is my external hard....

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! That's a great question. What type of external hard drive are you using?
If you haven't yet, we recommend that you get in touch with the manufacturer of the external hard drive for further assistance. Since the videos play fine on your Mac, there seems to be no issues on the Mac.

You might try changing the file extensions back to their original video file type then check to see if the videos play.
