Why wont hey siri work? I tried all apple suggestions

Ditto. mine is iPhone 11 also and Siri has also worked fine for years. Recently paired iWatch; but Siri worked OK since. Just quit in the past week. Went to settings, turned Siri off and on, re-setup with voice commands. Twice. No luck.
