Can I set up mail on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro such that when I delete a mail on one device it automatically deletes it on all my devices - at present I have to delete. them individually by device?

if the mail account is IMAP or EXchange then that should be the default behavior, if it's the old pop3 type mail account then that is not possible
