My new Beats won't turn on

Recieved new wireless Beats as a gift yesterday. After charging all night they won't turn on. If they're plugged into the charger my iPhone 7 connects with them But as soon as I unplug they disconnect and won't turn on.

At this point, you have a few options:

Ask the gift giver to return these Beats for either a full refund or a replacement, specifically if they got it from Apple as they have a 14 day return policy.
