IPhone 13 Display green lines

Suddenly my IPhone 13 display turned into green horizontal lines without any physical damage. Went to one of the centre in Saudi Arabia for service claim under warranty. But they have rejected my phone service though it has service warranty exist. Now I want to log a complaint against the same and get my iPhone serviced under warranty for free of cost.

could anyone please help on the same.
