We are a small design studio running 10 different Mac's and Macbook pro's.
All of the devices are logged in to the same apple ID so when we have an issue with a device and we have to log in or do something with a code it generates a code on ALL our devices - is there a way to say only one machine is the "Master" machine and that way the pop up will show on one machine only for authorisation?

Apple IDs are set up with people in mind, one per user. It is designed so that anything done with an ID on one machine is also something that could be communicated to the other devices belonging to that user as indicated by any other machine with that user's ID.

Using the same Apple ID on multiple devices - stop login popups etc?
