Wi-Fi calling not working

Hi guys, I recently purchased 14 pro from Hong Kong and am using 2 Airtel sims in it.

one sim is of Maharashtra & other is of Karnataka with Wi-Fi calling feature turned on in settings but still I am not able to use this feature. I have tried all the possible solution from internet but none of them worked. I use Airtel xtream fiber connection.

can I know if am only the person who is facing this issue or it’s common? Can anyone help to resolve this issue?

Hi There,

WiFi Calling is a carrier-provided feature. What this means is that your cell phone carrier is the one that provides the WiFi Calling function on your phone and not Apple. If WiFi Calling is not working on your phone and you're not able to set it up you will have to contact your carrier for technical support as some carriers don't support WiFi Calling at all.

Before contacting your carrier there are still a few steps that you can complete to try to get it working on your iPhone and these steps can be located here: Make a call with Wi-Fi Calling - Apple Support (CA)
