Can’t buy apps

I can’t get any apps from the App Store on my iPad I click the button and it was shows it spinning around

Start here, check the network connection:

You need to have a good Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
